Lee Agency is pleased to welcome Heidi Hamilton as a Farm Account Manager to its team of farm insurance professionals.
Heidi has had a passion for agriculture since she was a little girl. At eight years old, she began showing and training horses, and today, she frequently offers agronomic advice and knowledge to her family and others during times of weather distress in the farming community. She retained that passion throughout her life and headed to Iowa State University where she earned her major in agronomy. Her solid agricultural background, coupled with her desire to positively impact the lives of her clients, will make her an instrumental part of the Lee Agency farm insurance team. In this role, she will focus on providing our farm clients with prompt, efficient customer service for their farm property and liability insurance needs. She will serve as a first point of contact for our clients’ day-to-day needs, as well as their liaison when hard times hit.
“I have really enjoyed my onboarding experience into my position at Lee Agency,” says Heidi, “and I look forward to making a positive impact in my customer’s lives and farming operations.”
Heidi is a 2014 graduate of Durant High School, a life-long Durant resident and daughter to Jim and the late Joyce Hamilton. She was involved with the Sigma Alpha – Delta Chapter (a sorority for women in ag), the Iowa State University Corn Growers Association, Women in Agronomy and Agricultural Weekend Experience at ISU. Her involvement in these ag-centered associations will further enable her to connect and engage with her clients on a personal level.
